PUBLIC IMPROVEMENT DISTRICT (PID) HEARING

M INUTES OF THE BOARD OF COUNTY COMMISSIONERS Joseph Flanigan Comment: I was out of town in Nebraska for a funeral and could not attend the commissioner's meeting. Before leaving,  I gave Ron Howard my notes about problems with the PID especially about drainage. Mr. Howard did not present my notes. Later, after I returned, I asked if he presented my notes. He replied by email stating 'I did not because I only represented himself and not as the petition representative.' Also, before I left town, I also sent the same questions to   Linda Sanders, Engineering Admin. When I returned from the funeral I read   the meeting notes, I went to the county building and asked Ms. Sanders why she did not present my questions. She replied, "You were not at the meeting, so I did not have too." that is a direct quote.    M INUTES OF THE BOARD OF COUNTY COMMISSIONERS       TUESDAY, May 29, 2012   PUBLIC IMPROVEMENT DISTRICT (PID) HEARI...
