Hi Mr. Flanigan, 

As you requested during our phone conversation this morning, attached are the cost estimating spreadsheet files that were used to develop the improvement and long-term maintenance plan for the subdivision that was selected by the road committee that was sponsoring the PID application.  

One spreadsheet contains the detail for the Reconstruction & Paving Costs while the other contains the plan for reconstruction, repair and maintenance and incorporates the lump sum cost for reconstruction developed from the other spreadsheet.  

This plan proposes collecting an average of $1200 per lot per yr for 7 years to reconstruct the roads then lowering the mill to collect an average of $278 per lot per yr for routine maintenance.
